Students that transferred between schools from January 2, 2015 to February 5, 2015 may have been impacted by the most recent conversion process.
Fujitsu continues to investigate the Missing Students which they can confirm make up approximately 1% of the overall Active student population in MyEd BC. They recommend that Districts refrain from making any changes to these student records, such as redoing the enrolment/scheduling etc. until further notice. An update on this will be provided by Fujtisu by noon February 12. At that time, we will give you an update of how we are going to proceed.
We do appreciate the work your are trying to do for 1701 Snapshot- the Ministry of Education is aware of the hiccup.
