MyEducation BC - Information Update on Dropped Connections

Fujitsu and the Ministry have received reports from ten districts about users experiencing dropped connections while working in MyEducation BC.


A response team made up of Fujitsu, Follett, and Telus resources are investigating the issue and working on a fix. There is currently no estimated time for resolution.
