Review MyED BC for Clerical

In September, Schools will be asked to complete attendance on paper and have the clerical enter absences for the first two weeks of school. GIven the amount of staffing change and the complexity of secondary schedule adjustments, it will take some time for us to complete the attendance courses for schools, once your homerooms are set in September we will try to set up teacher attendance promptly, but it will be after the first two weeks.

Training sessions for new clerical (and all clerical) will be on Aug 25, 27, and 29. We will cover Filters, Fieldsets, preferences, changing schools (if you have multiple schools), Students Registatration, Attendance, Safe Arrival, Contacts, School Messenger. We will be working on a video series as well.

We will be reminding schools that MyED BC Verification sheets should go home early in September and be updated in MyED BC before the September 1701 (end of the month)
