Subject: Active no Primary Students cannot be registered!
Fujitsu has confirmed that it is currently not possible to register students who have an enrollment status of “Active No Primary.” This status means that they have been withdrawn from their Primary school, but still have an active cross-enrollment. During the enrollment process, the system searches for the student and a list of possible matches displays. If a matching student’s ‘EnrStatus’ is Active No Primary, the registration wizard displays the message ‘The selected student is already active’ and returns the user to the start of the process. This is a high priority item and Fujitsu is actively working on a fix which will be implemented as soon as it’s available. In the meantime, please do not circumvent the search as this will create a duplicate student record.

PLEASE DO NOT end-date the student's cross-enrollment record in order to try and register an "Active No Primary" student.  Just wait until Fujitsu resolves this issue.

An update will be distributed as soon as we are notified that this has been resolved.
