High School and Elementary School Administrators/Secretaries:
Welcome back to work as we hit the hot part of the summer!!
All
MyEducation BC accounts were set to expire on July 31st, 2016 before the
EOYR process. The district setup needs to be done after EOYR and
before enabling the accounts for people to start working at the school
level. We will have all of the district setup done by Tuesday and will enable the accounts by noon.
In the meantime, if your account was already enabled, please view the MyEdBC data as READ-ONLY until we
have guided you through the school setup steps especially before making any
timetabling/scheduling changes.
School level setup training will
be taking place at the following times at the Henry Group Education Centre (HGEC) unless otherwise indicated. No sign up is
necessary; just show up to the session that works for you.
Secondary Schools
Wednesday, August 24th Session 1 8:30am to 11:30am
Session 2 12:00pm to 3:00pm
Friday, August 26th Session 3 8:30am to 11:30am
Elementary Schools
Monday, August 29th
Session 1 8:30am to 11:30am
