Tuesday, Sep. 29: We continue to monitor performance closely in MyEducation BC Production, and confirm reports that users are finding the system much slower than expected today. We appreciate the concerns that Districts have expressed and we assure you that we are exhausting every avenue and resource in our efforts to determine the root causes so that we can develop an effective overall solution. We thank you sincerely for your cooperation and for all your efforts to manage concerns raised within your Districts. We will continue to provide updates as information becomes available.
