Please take a few moments to review your "Primary Active Student" list and to ensure that the Homeroom and Homeroom Teacher data are populated in the correct columns. This can be done by navigating to:
School View
Student TopTab
Filter = "Active Primary"
Fieldset = "Default"
It has come to our attention that when the Homeroom Field on the student list is being modified by the school through either:
- Options> Modify List method or
- Student top tap > Demographic "Details" Side-Tab, directly in the Home Room field
that the Homeroom Field is being populated in error with the "Teacher" name instead the "Homeroom" name (Eg. "Doe, J" instead of "DIV 001").
Currently, this is not wide-spread, however, we would like to address this issue before it becomes widespread.
