The next year school schedule has been set up in MyEdBC and you have the ability to pre-transition students. You may have noticed that students in your school have been pre-transitioned to your school (by default). However, as the end of the school year approaches, students may choose to transfer to another school. Upon receiving a completed registration/transfer form, and in consultation with the other school, you can begin the process of either changing or requesting a change to the next-year school.

Ensure that data that you include in the Pre-Transition Request Form is complete and accurate in order to avoid delay in processing your request. Where possible batch your requests. Batches can be processed more efficiently at the L1 level as we work to keep this transition process up to date in both systems to maintain data integrity prior to the next conversion cycle.
