This evening, Thursday, March 12, 2015, Fujitsu implemented the following BC School Transcript Report changes in MyEducation BC:
- - If a student has taken a course more than once, i.e. multiple records exist for the same course, the one that is in progress or the one with the highest mark will display.
- - Some completed courses with a final mark were not displaying; this has been corrected.
When producing Student Transcripts, please keep the following settings in mind:
- - The “Print Expectation of Graduation” message will only display accurately if 100% of the required courses have been completed. Please refrain from choosing this option if this is not the case.
- - In the event that a student completes a required course in a grade that does not match the course grade (e.g. a grade 9 student completes English 10), please select the “Include Grade 8 and 9 courses” option to ensure that this course will display.
Fujitisu continues to work towards a permanent solution for these items.
