Address Validation needs to be completed before June 2015.
Check the Clerical folder for a new procedure to assist you with Address Validation. Use this document in companion with Section 6.1.2.1 Formatting of Addresses in the document: Enrollment_Management_v1.2.
Address validation will ensure that:
- Address labels in MyEdBC use the student's current and correct address
- The correct physical address is exported to the Transportation (Bussing) software.
- The correct postal code is used for 1701 extracts.
