The following items have been successfully implemented. Please see the Important Note under # 3.

1. Grade 12 Examinable courses are displaying on the BC School Transcript Report with incorrect final percentages - i.e. final mark is the same as the school final mark not the blended mark as required.

Status: IMPLEMENTED Feb. 26, 2015

2. Some courses are NOT displayed on the BC School Transcript Report.

The BC School Transcript report does not display all courses from the student transcript. This does not prevent users from printing the School Transcript report but it is not complete. The following breakdown provides the latest information on the two different items identified during our investigation of this:

a) Board Authority Authorized (BAA) courses are not displayed on the BC School Transcript Report.

Status: IMPLEMENTED Feb. 25, 2015

b) Some current year Examinable courses are not displayed on the BC School Transcript Report. This occurs only when the exam and blended marks are displayed as 0 and credit for the course is entered as 4.0. The workaround is to change the credit value to 0 for those courses.

Status: IMPLEMENTED Feb. 26, 2015

3. Student Transcripts Missing School Course Codes

School Course Numbers for some student transcript records were converted as blank. This is causing problems with TRAX, Diploma Verification, and the BC School Transcript Report.

Status: IMPLEMENTED Feb. 26, 2015

IMPORTANT NOTE: This has resolved the majority of missing course codes with the exception of some which were not readily identifiable by the description available. To make the resolved course codes visible in individual student transcripts, we must run a process district by district which we will complete during the day on Friday, Feb. 27th. After this is finished, we will run another query to determine the remaining missing course codes and will continue to work to resolve these.
