To: Clerical Staff (those who assign TTOCs)
The core functionality of the system can display an error message when running multiple browser tabs with MyEducation BC,
clicking the refresh button, or using the back button on the browser.
Workaround:
When assigning TTOCs make sure that MyEducation BC is the only open Tab. If you experience the error, please log out completely,
close all browsers, clear the cache (F5) and log back in. This will clear
the problem for the short-term.
