WORKAROUND: 1701 STD Extract Error

Schools run the 1701 extract under the following navigation path:
Student top tab > Options > Exports > BC 1701 STD extract

Here is the workaround if the school gets a "File Not Found" error at the point that the 1701 extract is expected to download.

After getting the error, immediately navigate here:
Student top tab >  Reports > My Job Queue
A popup box appears with the jobs you have recently ran during your session.  Under Status, click on the blue link "Finished (click to view)" to download the BC 1701 STD Extract report.  Depending on your computer settings, you may be prompted in the next popup box to open the file or "SAVE" to disk.   Choose "SAVE" so that the file will end up in your Downloads folder.

Proceed as per the remainder of the 1701 instructions.
