UPDATE: AFTER TESTING, FUJITSU HAS DETERMINED THAT DISTRICTS WITH A CUSTOM PARENT ROLE (LIKE OURS) SHOULD NOT BE AFFECTED.

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018 the Fujitsu Service Desk began receiving reports of users with the Parent/Guardian Enterprise security role being unable to login to MyEducation BC. We are investigating the issue, and will be providing updates as information becomes available.
