Student Services refresher Session 3 - MyEdBC Training

Good morning,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the MyEd/IEP Training "REFRESHER" on October 3rd is being moved to Monday, October 2nd. If you have not yet had the chance to participate in a refresher training, you are asked to sign up for this session. As per the original email below, please email myself to register and book your absence in OASIS.

You will be receiving two separate emails regarding MyEducationBC IEP/Student Services Training. The first email (below) will be for staff who have previously participated in MyEd/IEP Training and will be referred to as a "Refresher". The second email to follow shortly, will be for all staff new to writing IEP's in MyEd and will be referred to as "New".

The "Refresher" training is for staff members who have taken the training in the past and could benefit from a brush up on writing IEPs in MyEducationBC. For the refresher session, you only need to sign up for one of the dates below.

Training will take place from 8:30am to 12:00pm in the Henry Grube Education Centre Computer Lab on the following dates:

Session 1 Friday, September 15th
Session 2 Tuesday, October 3rd

RSVP: Please respond as soon as possible to as seating is limited to 25 participants.
You must provide your name, your school, and the names of two students that you will be writing IEP's for.

In OASIS, report your absence and/or request your TTOC (may be unavailable at this time). Select District Event and then choose "MyEducation BC IEP Training".
